Kitchen Rehabilitation

Kitchen rehab, done as one job by one licensed crew.

A full kitchen rehab: cabinets, counters, backsplash, appliances, and the plumbing and electrical they need, run as one job with one crew.

Reliable work done fast.

A kitchen is the room where the most trades collide: cabinetry, counters, plumbing, electrical, and tile all have to land in the right order or somebody is redoing work that was already finished. We run all of it under one roof, so the plumber who sets the sink and the electrician who wires the range work off the same schedule instead of three separate visits nobody is coordinating.

Oasis Management is a licensed construction company, so when a kitchen rehab turns up something behind the wall, whether that is old wiring or a leak nobody knew about, the same crew fixes it and pulls the permit rather than telling you to call somebody else.

What you get

  • One crew for cabinets, counters, plumbing, and electrical.
  • A written, itemized price before demo starts.
  • Permitted and inspected work, not a handshake job.
  • The old kitchen cleared and hauled away, no extra charge.

Built for property managers turning a unit's kitchen between tenants, and for owners doing the rehab once and wanting it done right the first time.

How it runs

Kitchen Rehabilitation, start to finish.

01

We walk the kitchen

We look at the layout, the cabinets, and what is behind the walls, then price the scope in writing.

02

Demo, rough-in, and install

Old kitchen out and hauled away, plumbing and electrical roughed in, then cabinets, counters, and tile installed.

03

Appliances in, permits signed off

Appliances hooked up and tested, permits inspected and closed, kitchen swept and ready to use.

Questions we get

Kitchen Rehabilitation, answered.

How much does a kitchen rehab cost?

It depends on scope: a cabinet reface and new counters prices very differently from a full layout change with moved plumbing. We walk the kitchen and give you a written price before demo starts, not a range.

Do you handle the plumbing and electrical yourselves?

Yes. It is one crew and one schedule, so the sink, the disposal, and the range hookup happen on the same job as the cabinets and counters rather than three separate visits from three separate companies.

Do I need a permit for a kitchen rehab?

Usually, yes, once plumbing or electrical is touched. We pull it, and the city inspects and signs off before we call the job done.

What happens to the old cabinets and appliances?

We haul them away as part of the job, no extra charge. Nothing gets left behind for you to deal with.

Can you keep the kitchen usable while you work?

For a reface or countertop swap, often yes. A full gut rehab takes the kitchen offline for the duration, and we tell you that timeline up front so it is not a surprise.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Oasis Management has been incorporated in Massachusetts for over thirty years and carries full liability coverage. A building manager can have our certificate of insurance the same day they ask for it.

Where we fit

We are not the cheapest bid, and we do not pretend to be.

There is always a lower number. It usually comes from skipping the permit, skipping the prep, or sending one person to do four trades. That work fails later, and the second crew costs more than the first one saved. We are a licensed construction company: the same people who build houses from the lot are the ones who clear your unit and lay your floor. You get a builder's standard on a turnover's budget.

Above board

Permitted, inspected, signed off.

01

Permits Pulled

We file with the city and pull the permit before the first swing of the hammer. Licensed and above board.

02

Built to Code

Skilled crews, honest materials, and an inspection at every stage. Nothing gets hidden behind the drywall.

03

Inspected & Signed Off

Final inspection, then your certificate of occupancy. The work is yours, free and clear.
