What is this job?

You'll help Ivan run the office every day. That means writing emails, keeping track of hours, making sure bills get paid, and helping people on the phone. We'll teach you how everything works. You don't need office experience — just be on time, be honest, and try hard.

What you'll do every week

• Keep track of hours — write down who worked and how long.
• Send bills to customers — make the bill, send it, and make sure they pay.
• Keep papers in order — put contracts in folders so we can find them later.
• Help set up meetings — pick a time that works for everyone and send a reminder.
• Check on jobs — call or text the team to see how a job is going.
• Pay our bills — pay the bills we owe, on time.
• Answer emails — read emails, write back, and tell Ivan about the important ones.
