decades later we run a crew of more than 42, fully licensed and insured,
and we're known for finishing on schedule.
After coming to America in 1987, Ivan Sr. started this
company in 1997 by himself, with no employees and nothing but
the trade in his hands. Over the next three decades he raised new homes
from the ground up, turned over apartment after apartment, and gutted
and rebuilt kitchens across New England, from New Hampshire down to the
Cape and out to Worcester. One job at a time, that work has grown Oasis
into a team of more than 42. Through all of it, one rule
has never changed: he builds every home like his own family is about to
move in.

Chief Operating Officer
Ivan Jr. brings his father's trade into a new era. He graduated Cum Laude
from Boston University with a B.S. in Mathematics and a master's in Applied
Data Analytics. Before he joined Oasis as Chief Operating Officer, he ran
the research data science work at Watts. Now he pairs everything his
father taught him with modern data and operations, so every job runs as
cleanly on the books as it does on the site.
